What we store

If you use InvoiceStudio as a guest, your invoices and settings stay in your browser (localStorage). We never see them, and they never leave your device unless you download or share them yourself.

If you sign in, the invoices and clients you save are stored in our database so you can access them from any device.

Third-party services

• Clerk — handles authentication (sign-in and account management).
• Stripe — processes subscription payments. Card details go directly to Stripe; we never see your card numbers.
• Resend — sends emails on our behalf.

No ads, no selling data

We do not show ads, and we do not sell or share your data with advertisers or data brokers.

Cookies

Cookies are limited to what is needed for authentication. We do not use advertising cookies.

Data deletion

To request deletion of your account and data, email support@invoicestudio.co. Guest data can be removed at any time by clearing your browser storage.
