Is InvoiceStudio really free?
Yes. Creating and downloading invoices and quotes is free and unlimited, with no watermark and no ads. A free account — also free — adds a dashboard, saved invoices and a client address book. Pro is only for sending and chasing invoices automatically.
Can I cancel Pro at any time?
Yes. There is no contract and no cancellation fee. You can cancel from your billing page, which opens Stripe’s secure customer portal.
What happens to my invoices if I cancel?
They stay. Your saved invoices, clients and PDFs remain in your free account. Pro features such as emailing invoices, reminders and recurring invoices pause until you upgrade again.
Do you take a cut of my payments?
No. Clients pay you directly by bank transfer or through your own Stripe, PayPal, Wise or Revolut link. Money never flows through InvoiceStudio, so there are no transaction fees — on any plan.
Is my data safe?
Without an account, your invoices stay in your browser — when you download a PDF it is generated on our server and not stored. With an account, saved invoices and clients are stored in our database and only available when you are signed in. Card payments for Pro are handled by Stripe — we never see your card number. You can delete your account and its data at any time.
Which currencies can I invoice in?
More than 150, including USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, AUD and INR, on every plan. Amounts are formatted with the correct symbol and decimal places.
How much do I save with annual billing?
Pro costs $9 per month billed monthly, or $78 per year billed annually — the equivalent of $6.50 per month, about 28% less.
Do you offer refunds?
If something isn’t right with your subscription, contact us and we’ll help. Contact us
